Hi, I’m Lorna Taylor, a self-development and wellness coach passionate about helping busy women slow down, reset, and reconnect with who they truly are.
I create calm, supportive spaces where women can press pause from every day pressures, restore balance and reignite their zest for life through holistic wellness experiences.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply searching for more balance and clarity, my mission is to help you feel calmer, empowered, and more aligned within yourself again.
I understand how easy it is to get caught up in the busyness of life- constantly giving to others and forgetting about yourself.
There was a time I felt, lost, disconnected and unsure of what I truly wanted or who I was. As life guided me in a new direction, I knew something had to change, so I gently gave myself permission to slow down, reset and reconnect.
By creating space for reflection and using tools like vision boards, I began to rediscover what truly lights me up and started building a life that feels more balanced, aligned and fulfilling.
Now I support other women on the same journey- helping them to press pause, reset and reconnect with themselves so they can feel calmer, more fulfilled and excited about life again.
